My name is Brittaney. I started this business with my beautiful grandmother in mind. She had a big sweet tooth & absolutely loved anything that was made with lots of chocolate. She developed Alzheimer’s, which ended up advancing very quickly in the midst of me changing my eating habits. This was also around the time I started baking without using any dairy. As I was able to continue testing & trying out different flavors, my grandma was unfortunately no longer able to enjoy them or give me her opinion about them. God blessed me with this love for baking & being able to start this business just helped that passion take off even further, especially after I switched to becoming vegan.

In the beginning of my journey to becoming vegan, it was very difficult for me to find sweet treats that were delicious AND vegan from other places because they never quite gave me the satisfaction I was looking for… the flavor was a miss more often than not so that further encouraged me to continue on this path of vegan baking. Just because you’ve made a decision to become/eat vegan, that doesn’t mean your sweet treats have to lack flavor… and I am always excitingly trying out new flavors to continue to prove that!

Throughout my grandma’s struggle with this disease, it was extremely difficult for her & for my family but I’m thankful to have been able to learn so much about Alzheimer’s & Dementia (& still learning) so I try to bring awareness to it.
